HOW FAST CAN IT BE DONE?
The most common problems can be done on the same day. We keep the most common parts in stock. If we need to order the part, it usually arrives within one business day and we can do the work the next business day, depending on what work might be ahead of you. We can expedite the job for a higher rate, if it needs to be done ASAP.


IS IT WORTH REPAIRING MY PHONE OR DEVICE?
Just like cars, electronic devices are often worth repairing.
For example, if your device is worth $800 and repairs cost $189, then it’s definitely worth it to repair. If your phone is worth $100-$200, then spending $189 to repair it might not be worth it for most people… However, some data is priceless compared to the cost of the device or repair.
In the end, we cannot make the decision for you, but we can advise you so you can make an informed decision based on what is important to you.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Most hardware repairs start ~$135, but the newer and more expensive the device usually means that the parts are more expensive too.
Most software issues start ~$65 but can be much more expensive depending on the circumstances. In some cases, a software issue can be associated with a hardware issue.
